    The terms that apply to all B2B orders placed with Trading Ape

    1. Scope

    These terms apply to all B2B orders placed with Trading Ape (Nijverheidsweg 6, 3534 AM Utrecht, Netherlands). By placing an order with Trading Ape, the customer agrees to the terms outlined below as well as our Return Policy, Shipping Policy, Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

    2. B2B only: no consumer rights

    Trading Ape operates exclusively on a B2B basis. Consumer withdrawal rights under EU consumer law do not apply to orders placed with us.

    3. Custom-made products

    All custom-made products, including private label items, custom designs and personalized packaging, are non-returnable and non-cancellable once production has started. After artwork approval and/or order confirmation, the order is considered final.

    4. Standard products

    For non-customized products, a return request may be submitted within 7 days after delivery, provided that:

    • the products are unused and undamaged;
    • the original packaging is intact;
    • the products are suitable for resale.

    Returns are only accepted after written approval from Trading Ape.

    5. Production and quality tolerances

    As our products are manufactured in bulk through international production partners, the following tolerances apply and do not qualify for returns or claims:

    • a deviation of up to ±3% in quantity is considered acceptable;
    • minor variations in color, finish or material fall within production tolerances.

    6. Damage and defects

    Any damage or defects must be reported within 5 working days after delivery, including:

    • clear photos of the issue;
    • a description of the defect;
    • the order number.

    If the claim is valid, Trading Ape will, at its discretion, replace the products, provide a partial credit, or offer an appropriate solution.

    7. Transport and delivery

    Any damage occurring during transport must be reported to the carrier upon delivery. If transport was arranged by Trading Ape, we will assist in handling the claim.

    8. Payment

    Orders are processed once payment is confirmed. Trading Ape supports the payment methods offered at checkout, including iDEAL, Bancontact, credit card and other options provided through our payment provider.
